Our Sewa

Everything a kanwariya needs, given freely

Set up on DDA grounds with official permission for ten days, our shivir stays open day and night — a fully equipped camp with everything a bhakt needs.

Bhojan & Langar

भोजन व लंगर

A full spread of fresh, pure vegetarian food served round the clock — dal, sabzi, roti, rice, halwa and more, with several dishes to choose from.

Our kitchen runs day and night, cooking in large quantities so no bhakt ever walks on hungry. Everything is strictly sattvic and prepared with cleanliness and devotion.

Chai, Coffee & Sharbat

चाय, कॉफ़ी व शरबत

Hot tea and coffee through the night, and cold water, chhaas, sharbat and seasonal fruit through the day to keep every bhakt refreshed.

Whether it is a 3 a.m. cup of chai or a cold sharbat in the afternoon heat, there is always something at hand to revive a tired kanwariya.

Vishram & Sleeping

विश्राम व शयन

Covered tents with proper sleeping arrangements — mats, bedding and charpais — where tired kanwariyas can rest safely and continue at dawn.

After walking for days, rest is precious. We provide shaded, covered space to sleep, safe from sun and rain, so bhakts can recover their strength before setting off again.

Kanwar Stands

कांवड़ स्थान

Multiple dedicated stands to hold every kind of kanwar so the sacred Ganga jal never touches the ground — honouring the vow each devotee carries.

The rule is absolute: the kanwar must never touch the earth. Our specially built stands let bhakts rest without breaking their vow — a small thing that means everything.

Medical & First Aid

चिकित्सा सेवा

Care for blistered and injured feet, ORS for dehydration, pain relief and basic first aid — the most needed help on a barefoot yatra.

Many bhakts walk barefoot for hundreds of kilometres. Blisters, cuts, cramps and exhaustion are common. Our first-aid corner treats them and sends bhakts on cared for.

Puja & Darshan

पूजा व दर्शन

A shrine, aarti and bhajans at the shivir — a moment of puja, darshan and devotion before the bhakts set off again.

The shivir is not only about the body. Puja, darshan and shared bhajan give bhakts a moment of peace and devotion in the middle of their hard journey.

Fully Equipped

Facilities at the shivir

A complete camp on DDA grounds — power, water, sanitation, rest and more, all in place for the bhakts.
